Louise Hitchcock

Louise Hitchcock is a seasoned professional in research and development with extensive experience in the mining and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Digital Tools & Insights Manager at Sandvik since July 2022, Louise oversees the product lifecycle of digital products and manages post-launch operations. Previously, Louise held the position of Head of Research and Development at Schenck Process, leading the Australian R&D team in the mining sector, and at Sedgman Pty Limited, where involvement included the development of technology systems for processing plants. Louise's career began as a Mechatronic Innovations Engineer at EIC Activities Pty Ltd, focusing on process improvement and technology implementation. Louise holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics from the University of Sydney and is currently pursuing a Master of Analytics at UNSW.
