Prior experience includes working as a Senior Research Associate at Sanford Research from April 2010 to September 2013, focusing on health outcomes research through culturally-based community programs. At Rippe Lifestyle Institute, Inc., from September 2005 to December 2009, Jennifer held the role of Senior Research Dietitian, where clinical research trials were conducted through lifestyle interventions. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Health from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health, a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences from South Dakota State University, and a Certificate in Data Analytics from The University of Texas at Austin.
