Andrew Heyne is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Beverages Reliability Manager at Sanitarium since March 2018, where responsibilities include coordinating maintenance on UHT processing equipment and leading improvements in machinery and procedures. Previously, Andrew worked as a Shift Diesel Fitter at Newcastle City Council from June 2014 to July 2018, performing mechanical repairs and maintenance on vehicles and plant. Andrew began their career at Newcastle City Council as an Apprentice Diesel Fitter from February 2010 to February 2014, completing an apprenticeship with top honors and recognition as a runner-up for the HRATA Apprentice of the Year award in 2012. Educational credentials include a Certificate III in Technical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and a Certificate in Automotive Technology.
