Bob started their career as a Sales Management Trainee at Danone Waters, where they gained knowledge in sales and customer management. Bob then progressed to become a Trade Marketing Specialist, focusing on channel promotion, resource management, and brand building materials. Bob also worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Danone Waters, where they were responsible for creating sales plans, improving distributor efficiency, and implementing assessment and incentive systems. After that, they joined Jingming Procurement as a Senior Account Manager, and finally, they became the Group Head Sales at Sanitarium, where they focused on operational processes, improving customer service, and maintaining a strong distributor network. Overall, Bob Ge has a strong background in sales and account management, with experience in optimizing processes and driving business growth.
Bob Ge attended Qingdao University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Economics degree with a focus on International Business/Trade/Commerce.
