Shane Phillips

Shane Phillips currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at Sanlam, responsible for managing IT infrastructure projects since July 2023. Prior to this, Shane held various managerial roles at BCX from September 2007 to July 2023, including Manager of Projects, Service Integration Manager, and Services Supervisor for End User Management. In these capacities, Shane focused on client retention strategies, service delivery, and operations management. Earlier career experience includes positions as a Field Service Engineer at Gijima and a Support Engineer at arivia.kom, both specializing in ICT support. Shane's education includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Leadership from the University of the Western Cape, as well as a degree in Digital Business Management from Wits Business School. Shane also completed a New Managers Bootcamp at WorldsView Academy.
