Katharine Schlesinger

Katharine Schlesinger is a seasoned analytics professional with extensive experience in data science and analytics roles. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Analytics & Insights at SanMar since July 2025, Schlesinger previously worked at Sonos, Inc. from August 2019 to February 2025, where leadership of a five-member team focused on product and usage data analysis was instrumental in managing over 10 billion daily records. Prior to this, Schlesinger held the position of Principal Data Scientist at Capital One, where the invention of the Guidance Engine led to a successful customer-facing digital experience. With a robust academic background, Schlesinger earned a PhD in Astronomy from The Ohio State University and a BA with High Honors in Astronomy from Swarthmore College.
