Lauren Kronenberg

Lauren Kronenberg, M.A., currently serves as an Employment Consultant at Atwork since June 2022, where responsibilities include coaching 14 neurodivergent adults on interviewing skills and career development. Previously, as an Education Policy Researcher at the University of Washington College of Education from November 2016 to March 2022, Lauren developed an evaluation tool for pre-kindergarten systems and conducted a literature review to enhance its effectiveness. In a prior role as Lead Data Collector, Lauren created an assessment tool for youth after-school programs, evaluating 130 programs through observational and interview data collection. Lauren's experience also includes working as a Human-Computer Interaction Lab Research Assistant at Lewis & Clark College, conducting trials with young children and analyzing data for research purposes. Lauren holds a Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Seattle Pacific University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Visual Arts from Lewis & Clark College.
