Bimal Nuckchadee

Bimal joined Sanne in 2003 and is responsible for the legal department of Sanne Mauritius. Bimal is also the company secretary of the Mauritian based Sanne entities.

In his role at Sanne, Bimal was initially responsible for a portfolio of companies, trusts and other entities which accrued his experience in corporate administration, secretarial, accounting and taxation. He was instrumental in the setting up of the legal department of Sanne Mauritius in 2007 and now sits on the Board of a number of companies administered by SANNE. Throughout his career, Bimal has been involved in a number of assignments including financing transactions, listing of companies on the Mauritius Stock Exchange, company restructuring and mergers and acquisitions.
