Mike joined Sanne in 2019. As Global Head of M&A, Mike has overall responsibility for driving all aspects of Sanne’s global acquisition and investment strategy and leading the global acquisition team to ensure that its strategic objectives are achieved. Working closely with other members of the global leadership team, Mike ensures that Sanne is building relationships and executing transactions with high quality, complementary businesses that enhance Sanne’s jurisdictional footprint, product capability and generate long term value for its shareholders.
