Remona Gopaul is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development and innovation within the skincare and personal care sectors. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Product Development & Innovation for Skincare at Sanofi since April 2019, Gopaul leads the Science Innovation Team to shape the product pipeline for cosmetic and OTC products, focusing on new technology research and claims substantiation. Previous roles include Director of Product Development & Innovation in Personal Care at Sanofi, Sr. R&D Manager at Shiseido, and R&D Senior Manager at Nu Skin Enterprises, among others. Gopaul's educational background includes multiple Master's degrees in Bioinformatics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, and Biochemistry, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Stony Brook University.
