Stefania Pfeiffer-Marek

Stefania Pfeiffer-Marek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as a Global CMC Project Manager at Sanofi since March 2001. Stefania has a robust background in supporting CMC teams throughout the development of biologic drugs, as well as leading research project teams in the formulation of synthetic peptides and small organic molecules. Previous roles at Sanofi include Lab Head of Pharmaceutical Sciences and CMC Project Management and Research Scientist in Drug Design, contributing expertise in drug discovery and computational chemistry. Prior to joining Sanofi, Stefania held positions as a research assistant and postdoctoral researcher, focusing on NMR spectroscopy and protein structural dynamics at institutions including Johann Wolfgang Goethe University and Rockefeller University. Educational credentials include a PhD in Biophysical Chemistry and Biochemistry from Goethe University Frankfurt and a Master’s degree in Physics from Leipzig University.
