Doug Recla

Doug Recla is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in technical operations and client success management. Currently serving as Sr. Technical Operations Manager and previously as Sr. Client Technology Manager and Sr. Client Success Manager at SANS Institute since May 2015, Doug collaborates with internal and external teams to enhance technology and partners with enterprise customers to develop security awareness programs. Prior experience includes roles as a Network/Voice Engineer at CCI Systems, Inc., where Doug designed and supported hosted SIP phone services, and as a PC Technician/Web Developer at Oldenburg Group Incorporated, providing IT support and developing web applications. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems with a focus on business from Northern Michigan University.
