Philippe Cherruault is an experienced wine professional with extensive expertise in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Manager Sommelier at Sant Ambroeus and Manager Sommelier at Pistache Brasserie since 2018 and 2016 respectively, Philippe has also held the position of Sommelier at Virginia Philip Wine Shop & Academy since 2016. Previous roles include Clubhouse Restaurant Manager/Sommelier at Ocean Reef Club, Maitre D'Hotel/Sommelier at Pierre's Restaurant, and Maitre D'Hotel at Cafe Boulud Palm. Philippe began their career as a Server at Omphoy Resort and served as Sommelier/Captain at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach for over a decade. Sant Ambroeus
