Our East Cliff Family Health Center is a 9,000-square-foot facility located just blocks from beaches and the Santa Cruz Harbor, offering patient-centered medical care to all. Both are certified Level 3 patient-centered medical home by the NCQA. We are always looking for qualified staff to join our growing team of experienced, dedicated healthcare professionals. Paid time off and paid holidays accrue from date of hire. Paid Board License(s) and CME (fees and days off) for licensed staff. Automatic 2% enrollment in an Employer sponsored 401K plan with a 2% retirement match. Providers are eligible for pay step increases, based on years of service with SCCH. Our providers are not responsible for on-call or hospital duties.
