Murphy Felton

Murphy Felton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, marketing, and creative leadership. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Santa Cruz Seaside Company since October 2023, Murphy oversees the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies. Prior to this role, Murphy co-founded and served as CEO of 7Roots Creative, leading a team in design and video storytelling from March 2018 to March 2023. Additionally, Murphy held various marketing positions at Mount Hermon Camp and Conference Center, including Director of Marketing, where effective storytelling and team development were key responsibilities. Experience also includes a role as a Creative Executive at Cr8iv Productions and contributions to SpringHill in various capacities, from Project Manager to Senior Programmer. Murphy holds degrees in Media Production and English from Cornerstone University.
