Heidi has held various leadership roles at Santam Insurance, including Head of Data Management & Operational Reporting, Chief Product Owner, and Manager of Personal Lines Underwriting. Prior to that, they worked at BP as a Management Information and Reporting Manager, Business and Control Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, and Payroll Accountant. Heidi's expertise lies in driving process improvements, strategic thinking, effective data analysis, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
Heidi Johnson holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Cost and Management Accounting from Cape Peninsula University of Technology (2000) and a Btech in Taxation (1997-1999) from the same institution. Heidi then obtained an ACMA in Management Accounting and Taxation from CIMA in 2009. Heidi continued their education at Stellenbosch Business School, completing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in 2018. Heidi further pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Future Studies (2021) and a Fellowship from CIMA (2021). Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Futures Studies at Stellenbosch Business School (2022-2024).
