Kathleen Foster

Kathleen (Kathy) Foster, Esq. is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Manager of Regulatory Relations at Santander Consumer USA since April 2019, with a focus on state governance licensing. Kathy has held various legal roles, including Senior Counsel at Nissan North America, where Kathy managed numerous lawsuits and supervised outside counsel. Previous experience includes serving as a Contract Attorney at Special Counsel, a Legal Analyst at AmTrust Financial Services, and an Attorney Advisor at the U.S. Small Business Administration. Kathy holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Texas Law School, alongside a Bachelor of Business Administration and a BA in Philosophy from SMU Cox School of Business, as well as a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame. Additionally, Kathy has completed non-degree coursework in Mortgage Banking at Dallas College North Lake Campus.
