Tobias Gustafsson Niska is an experienced professional in the financial services and technology sectors, currently serving as the Nordic head of Business Development and Digital Distribution at Santander Consumer Bank since September 2015. This role includes overseeing the commercial digital customer distribution strategy and leading a Nordic team focused on agile development of customer-facing portals and apps. Previous positions include Nordic head of Open Banking and CIO for Sweden, along with a significant tenure at Skandia where contributions included transforming IT services and leading agile initiatives in banking operations. With a background in project management and a degree in Economics and IT from Halmstad University, Tobias has consistently driven strategic initiatives across multiple banking environments in the Nordic region.
