Babs Warner

Babs Warner is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Vice President, Legal Services and Corporate Secretary at Santee Cooper since May 2000, Babs previously held the position of Associate General Counsel for Litigation & Environmental Affairs. Prior to joining Santee Cooper, Babs worked as a lawyer at Buist Moore Smythe McGee PA from 1989 to 2000. Babs holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law, earned in 1989, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of South Carolina, obtained in 1986.
