Marcelo Freire

Marcelo Freire currently serves as a Global Escalation Manager Expert at SAP, focusing on Mission Critical Support for the EMEA and MEE regions since August 2017. In this role, Marcelo drives the resolution of significant customer issues requiring exceptional management beyond standard processes. Prior to this position, Marcelo was a Senior Support Engineer for SAP HANA, where responsibilities included delivering MaxAttention and ActiveAttention services and driving technical resolutions for global escalations. Before joining SAP, Marcelo worked as a Retail Manager at Evergreen from January 2012 to March 2017. Marcelo earned a degree in Business Information Systems from Dublin Business School, completing studies in June 2017.
