Markus Kufner

Markus Kufner has extensive experience in the field of Customer Experience and SAP solutions, currently serving as the Head of CX Business Architects MEE at SAP since January 2005. Previous roles at SAP include Manager Presales for SAP Customer Experience in Germany and SAP Solution Architect for Customer Engagement & Commerce. Prior to joining SAP, Markus Kufner worked at ABB from March 2000 to December 2004 as an SAP Business Consultant & Developer and held a similar position at Wessendorf Software + Consulting GmbH from March 1998 to March 2000. Academic qualifications include a degree from Fachhochschule Karlsruhe obtained between 1993 and 1997.
