Selam Legesse is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global benefits and human resources management. Currently serving as Sr. Director of North America Benefits at SAP since 2012, Selam Legesse plays a key role in delivering innovative global benefits programs that align with SAP's talent strategy, particularly following the acquisition of Sybase. Prior to joining SAP, Selam Legesse was the Senior HR Director of Global Benefits at Sybase for two decades, where responsibilities included establishing and leading global benefits functions in collaboration with senior management and mentoring the benefits team. Selam Legesse holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University and a BA in Business Economics from Mills College.
