Stefan Kneis

Stefan Kneis is currently the Head of SAP BTP Product Success and Chief Customer Officer for SAP BTP at SAP, where responsibilities include managing engagement, advocacy, and product alignment to enhance the global adoption of the SAP Business Technology Platform. With a career at SAP beginning in October 1988, Stefan has also held roles such as Chief Customer Officer for SAP Cloud Platform/BTP, focusing on driving early adoption and ensuring customer influence in product strategy. Previous positions include leading Customer Affairs for People & Spend Management, overseeing S/4HANA Finance customer success, and managing solution market introductions in North America. Stefan's extensive experience is further complemented by roles in product management and customer community development. Educational background includes studies at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University and Gymnasium am Kaiserdom Speyer.
