Ram Heller

Ram Heller is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in the technology and services sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer for Sapiens since January 2021, Ram oversees the digital division's operations. Prior to this role, Ram spent nearly 14 years at Amdocs, where responsibilities included leading operations for the Amdocs Development division and managing North America outsourcing professional services. Additional positions at Amdocs included vendor management lead and head of the Amdocs Business Services India operational center, overseeing approximately 400 employees. Ram also held leadership roles at Y.A.D Electronic as CEO and at Taldor as VP of Operations and Director of Operations. Ram holds a BSc in industrial engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
