Ben Orsini has a range of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on client management and engagement. Ben started their career at Anthelio Healthcare Solutions as a Senior Client Executive, overseeing IT Outsourcing contracts in the Gulf Coast Region. Ben was responsible for managing relationships, service delivery, contracts, financial performance, and new business development.

From there, Ben joined MedSynergies as the Vice President of Client Management. In this role, they developed and maintained client relationships for the company's largest client, THM. Their responsibilities included services management, financial performance, business expansion, contract management, and compliance management. Ben also played a key role in expanding a project to provide revenue cycle management services to a region in the SCL Health system, turning it into a long-term outsourcing agreement. Ben also developed the Client Management Model for the company, serving as a template for hiring, developing, and measuring the client management staff.

Currently, Ben is employed at Sapphire Digital as the Senior Director of Client Engagement. Ben oversees the retention of all SmartShopper clients and leads the Client Engagement Management team.

Ben Orsini pursued a Masters degree in Business Administration from George Mason University, completing their studies between 1997 and 1999.
