Roseann Scully has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Roseann began their career as a Programmer Analyst at Roseann R. Scully, where they supported the Genesys Payroll Batch System and programmed various payroll interface systems. Roseann then moved on to Penn Mutual, where they served as a Manager of HRIS & Payroll. After that, they joined Bankers Trust/Deutsche Bank/State Street as a VP of Production Support, Implementations, and System Development. Roseann later took on the role of VP of Benefit Payments at BankersTrust/Deutsche Bank. In 2004, they joined Ardent Health Services as a Manager of Financial Applications, eventually becoming the Director of Financial Systems. Most recently, they have been serving as the Director of Financial Systems at Sarah Cannon Research Institute.

Roseann Scully attended Collingdale High School from 1972 to 1978. During this time, they studied Accounting and Computer Science. Following high school, they enrolled at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and attended from 1978 to 1981. At the university, Roseann pursued studies in Accounting, Finance, and Computer Science, although the specific degree obtained is not provided.
