Zhuang John Jin

Zhuang John Jin is a highly experienced scientist in the fields of medicinal chemistry and antibody drug conjugates (ADCs). Currently serving as Principal Scientist at Sarepta Therapeutics since November 2024, Zhuang previously held the position of Senior Chemist in antibody conjugation at SiPhox Health, where responsibilities included the preparation of antibody conjugates and overseeing CRO projects. Zhuang's earlier roles include Medicinal/ADC Chemist at Mersana Therapeutics and Merck, where significant contributions included the creation and scaling of payload linkers for ADCs and the design of complex linkers for drug development. Zhuang also worked as a Senior Research Investigator at Corbus Pharmaceuticals and held various research positions at leading institutions including Baylor College of Medicine and The Scripps Research Institute, focusing on drug discovery and the development of novel therapeutic agents. Academic foundations were laid at the University of Louisville, where Zhuang completed graduate studies emphasizing synthetic methodologies.
