Amanda Ehlenbeck is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in strategic workforce planning and employee engagement. Currently serving as Director of Total Rewards and Director of Employee Experience at Sargento Foods since October 2014, Amanda leads teams in executing HR initiatives that enhance the workplace environment. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Manager at Sargento Foods, where Amanda supported various teams and was responsible for recruiting and onboarding efforts.
