Amanda Ehlenbeck

Amanda Ehlenbeck is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in strategic workforce planning and employee engagement. Currently serving as Director of Total Rewards and Director of Employee Experience at Sargento Foods since October 2014, Amanda leads teams in executing HR initiatives that enhance the workplace environment. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Manager at Sargento Foods, where Amanda supported various teams and was responsible for recruiting and onboarding efforts. Prior experience at Schreiber Foods as Team Leader of Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Specialist further solidified Amanda's expertise in connecting top talent with organizational needs. Amanda is currently pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, holding an MBA from St. Norbert College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and Finance from Marquette University.
