Cindy Spradau

Cindy Spradau has over two decades of experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Sargento Foods Inc. since September 1999, Cindy manages the company’s Career Site and oversees all facets of corporate recruitment, including sourcing, posting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Prior to this role, Cindy worked as an HR Coordinator at Amerequip Corporation from 1990 to 1999, where responsibilities included various HR generalist functions.
