David Perez has extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chairman of the Board at Nova Biomedical since its acquisition by Advanced Instruments in November 2020, Perez also holds multiple board positions, including Member of the Board of Directors at LABORIE and Board Member at MÖLNLYCKE HEALTH CARE AB, NeoGenomics Laboratories, and Blood Centers of America. Additionally, Perez is Chairman of the Board for the Blackstone Entrepreneurs Network Colorado and has been involved with the Changent Board and Book Trust Board since 2019 and 2015, respectively. Other commitments include a Board Member role at Centura Health's St. Anthony Regional Board and Fitzsimons Innovation Community since 2020 and 2011, respectively. David Perez earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Texas Tech University between 1977 and 1981.
