Nelson Chang is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in technical accounting and financial reporting. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Technical Accounting & Special Projects at Saronic Technologies since May 2025, Nelson previously held roles at CrowdStrike, where responsibilities included managing accounting for mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and regulatory changes. Nelson's background also includes positions at Collibra, Atlassian, RetailMeNot, Inc., HomeAway, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where expertise in SEC reporting, revenue accounting, and corporate accounting was developed. Nelson holds a Master's in Professional Accounting and a BBA in Accounting from Texas McCombs School of Business.
