Nelli Tonoyan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service and education. Currently serving as a Teacher at Enlineschool and a Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance, Nelli also founded NT beauty salon in August 2022. Nelli has held multiple roles at BALDI since January 2016, including Head of Call Center and Delivery, Head of Customer Support, and Call Center Agent. Additionally, Nelli has gained experience as a Call Center Operator at SAS Group Armenia since January 2012 and at INTRA CALL CENTER since May 2011. Nelli's education includes attendance at Yerevan State University.
