Anna Mossberg

Anna Mossberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial IT solutions, customer service, and digital transformation within the airline industry. Currently serving as Head of Commercial IT Solutions and Head of Global Customer Service at SAS - Scandinavian Airlines since December 2010, Anna has successfully led initiatives to digitalize customer service and streamline IT structures. Previous roles include Digital Transformation Manager, Head of Global Sales Development & Analytics, and Head of Online Business Development & Online Payments, demonstrating a strong background in data-driven decision-making and business development. Earlier career experiences include positions at Viasat Broadcasting, Tele2, and an internship with Schott AG. Anna holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology and has also studied at Politecnico di Milano.
