Nokuthula Jiyane has a diverse work experience. From 2011 to 2012, they worked at DHL Supply Chain as a Graduate Trainee, where they gained experience in all divisions before becoming a Junior Solutions Analyst. Their responsibilities included assisting with operational and group projects, documenting RFPs, and mapping business processes. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at KPMG South Africa as an Analyst, supporting core business functions in the telecommunications and financial services industries. Later, they pursued an Honours Degree in Strategic Management at the same university from 2014 to 2015. In 2018, they attended the Faculty Training Institute and obtained a National Certificate in Business Analysis (NCBA) with a specialization in Advanced Business Analysis.
