Reshen Sukhram

Reshen Sukhram is currently working as the Chief Technology Officer for Sasfin since October 2022. Prior to this, they had an extensive work experience at Standard Bank Group, where they held various roles. From May 2020 to October 2022, Reshen served as the Head of IT Portfolio for Wealth Invest & Advise, leading multiple feature teams and ensuring the delivery and support of IT solutions for High-Net-Worth Consumer and Client Solutions. Before that, they worked as a Release Train Engineer from September 2016 to April 2020, supporting and managing feature teams in implementing software aligned with SAFe Agile Methodologies. From June 2012 to August 2016, Reshen worked as an IT Project Manager, overseeing project management tasks to ensure successful project implementation. Additionally, they also served as a Business Analyst at Standard Bank Group from April 2008 to May 2012, where they interacted with stakeholders to gather business requirements for credit solutions. Prior to joining Standard Bank Group, Reshen worked as a Business Analyst\\Systems Analyst at Telkom from February 2004 to March 2008.

Reshen Sukhram pursued their education in a chronological manner. Starting from 2021 to 2022, they attended Henley Business School, where they obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on general studies. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2012, Reshen attended the University of Johannesburg, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Information and Technology Management. Additionally, from 2001 to 2003, they studied at Durban University of Technology and completed a National Diploma in IT: Software Development.
