Mr. Alishahi was appointed to the SaskEnergy Board of Directors in May 2021 and is a member of the Human Resources and Safety Committee.
He is a partner at MLT Aikins LLP where he practices in the areas of corporate and construction litigation, and regularly advises on contractual disputes, municipal matters, shareholder and partnerships disputes, insurance and agricultural claims. In addition, he is active in the community, having previously served on the Board of Directors of Saskatchewan Young Professionals and Entrepreneurs (SYPE), acted as Vice President of the Canadian International Council – South Saskatchewan Branch, and volunteered with the Red Cross and Regina Open Door Society.
Mr. Alishahi holds a Juris Doctor (Distinction) from the University of Saskatchewan and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from York University.
