Carlos Morales

Carlos Morales has extensive experience in technical support and network operations, currently working with SaskTel since October 2016, where responsibilities include analyzing, testing, repairing, and escalating customer complaints, as well as logging customer reports and resolving service-related issues. Prior to this role, Carlos served as a Network Operations Center Supervisor at Telefónica, S.A. from November 1996 to October 2015, overseeing first and second level support groups and establishing Key Performance Indicators for operational performance. Carlos holds an Associate’s Degree in Telecommunications from the Technology University Institute of Capital Region Caracas, Venezuela, earned between 1993 and 1996.
