Umer Siddique

Umer Siddique is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and network engineering. Currently serving as a Tech Assistant in the Construction Control Center at SaskTel since November 2017, Umer focuses on technical support responsibilities. Previous roles include a Builds Analyst at WBM Office Systems, where Umer managed help desk tickets and resolved systems and network issues, as well as a Deployment Technician involved in large-scale Windows 7 upgrades. Umer has also contributed as a Network Engineer at Expert Systems, overseeing network infrastructure and providing desktop support, and at Klsoft JV, managing a complex network for the Election Commission of Pakistan. Umer holds a Diploma in Information Technology from Edge Systems International and has foundational education from Scholar College and Standard Model High School Lahore.
