Chrisna Wessels has extensive experience in leadership roles within the Sasol Group, beginning as a Team Leader in Document Management within Project Management at Sasol Technology from September 2005 to November 2011, before transitioning to various leadership positions at Sasol Synfuels and Sasol from November 2009 to Present. Currently serving as Group Leader for Helpdesk, Checkout, and Owners Documentation Management: Projects (ODMP), Chrisna also leads the Document Management team within the Small Project environment, focusing on establishing processes and methodologies. Academic qualifications include a BCom Management degree from Unisa/Tukkies and a Diploma in Secretarial Studies from Ermelo Technical College, complemented by additional courses in Project Management.
