Letisha Naicker

Letisha Naicker is a Process Scientist II at Sasol, with experience beginning in January 2018. In this role, Naicker provides process science support for Sasolburg Solvents and conducts diverse materials research utilizing various characterization techniques focused on heterogeneous catalysis and plant operations. Previous positions include Scientist, where project management and scientific reporting were key responsibilities, and Scientist in Training, gaining expertise in operations support and research and development. Naicker also coordinated training and development initiatives for junior engineers at Sasol and contributed as a laboratory demonstrator at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Education includes a PhD in Chemistry and a Master's Degree, both from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, along with additional degrees in Chemistry and a strong foundational education. Naicker’s broad skill set and experience in both industry and academia contribute to a robust professional profile.
