Oliver Ditt has an extensive background in SAP HR and HCM consulting and development. Oliver started their career at itelligence in 1999 and worked there as an SAP HR/HCM Consultant and Developer until 2000. From 2001 to 2006, they worked at Cimt AG in a similar role. In 2007, Oliver joined Otto (GmbH & Co. KG) as an SAP HR/HCM Berater and Developer, and stayed there until 2012.

After that, Oliver joined SIX in 2012 as a SAP HR & SuccessFactors Consultant. In this role, they were responsible for various SAP HCM and cloud solutions. Oliver worked as the Head SAP HR from January 2020 to June 2022.

Most recently, Oliver joined Sasol in November 2021 as a Portfolio Lead HR, where they are currently employed.
