About the Role:
Satago works with a number of strategic partners, enabling them to leverage our award winning lending platform and offer their client base a modern and flexible lending solution. To support both our partners and their client base, we are currently recruiting for a Transformation and Migration Specialist with a bias towards FinTech, who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Reporting into a Senior Project Manager, you will work with a team across Product, Risk, Engineering and Operations to help support Client migration and transformation activities.

What your day-to-day looks like:
Work with our partners to develop and execute on joint migration and transformation strategies
Understanding partner pain points, and plan appropriate mitigants
Gather client migration requirements
Work with product and other functions to manage key feature delivery
Participation in agile activities such as daily stand-ups and technical design
Gaining a full understanding of current product features and associated development roadmaps
Document transformation plans and design: e.g. customer journeys, detailed end-to-end process maps and operating procedures, and perform risk assessments
Validate requirements traceability to system and process solution design, once developed
Participation in change impact assessments to evaluate new or amended partner/client requirements
Track and fully document agreed changes to agreed plans and procedures, documenting detailed process and procedure changes
Conduct meetings to gather critical information, to produce usable reports, and to present ideas and findings to relevant stakeholders
