Additional experience includes working as a Sr. Product Support Engineer at Thales Avionics and as a Field Service/Product Support Engineer at Airshow/Rockwell Collins, specializing in in-flight entertainment. John began a career with McDonnell Douglas/The Boeing Company as a Design Engineer and Field Service Engineer. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach.
