Kelvin Song

Kelvin Song has extensive work experience in various positions related to corporate finance, investments, and development. Kelvin currently holds the role of Vice President for Strategic Investments and M&A at SATS Ltd. Prior to that, they were the Head of Corporate Finance & Development at IMC Industrial Group. Kelvin also worked as a Senior Corporate Finance Manager at Ezra Holdings Limited. Additionally, Kelvin has held positions at Richard Chandler Corporation, Nomura, NTan Corporate Advisory Pte Ltd, and KPMG, where they gained experience as an Assistant Vice President and Associate in the field of finance. In 2022, they became a member of the Professional Development Working Group at the Institute of Valuers and Appraisers, Singapore (IVAS).

Kelvin Song attended Nanyang Technological University in Singapore from 2000 to 2003, but the field of study and degree obtained are not specified. Kelvin also attended Raffles Institution from 1996 to 1997. In terms of additional certifications, Kelvin obtained the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) from the Institute for Adult Learning Singapore in 2020. Kelvin also earned the Chartered Valuer and Appraiser (CVA) certification from the Institute of Valuers and Appraisers, Singapore (IVAS) in 2018. Furthermore, Kelvin is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certified by the CFA Institute in 2008 and holds the CA (Singapore) certification conferred by the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) in 2007.
