Megha Mansharamani has a diverse work experience in various companies. Megha is currently working at SATS Ltd. as the Head of HR Strategy, OD & Special Projects. Megha Mansharamani completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng. Hons.) in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued their GCE A Level from Anglo-Chinese Junior College as a SIA-NOL Junior College Scholar, from 2006 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the IHRP Certified Professional certification from the Institute for Human Resource Professionals in November 2019. Megha also has obtained various certifications related to coaching, communication, decision-making, feedback, and managing a diverse workforce from LinkedIn in 2020.
