Chathurvedi Kosalarama

Chathurvedi Kosalarama currently serves as General Manager for F&B Operations at Sattva, having taken on this role in June 2024. Prior to this, Chathurvedi held the position of General Manager at Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters from May 2023 to May 2024, overseeing café operations in the South and West regions. As a co-founder of The Shack Hospitality from November 2019 to April 2023, Chathurvedi was instrumental in the growth and management of the enterprise. Previous experience includes roles at Burger King Corporation, where responsibilities ranged from brand standards and quality to project leadership, alongside a tenure in quality and operations at Subway. Chathurvedi began with an engineering internship at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Ltd. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Greenwich and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
