Ted FitzPatrick has a solid background in the sports industry, with a focus on product management, merchandising, and marketing. Ted is currently the V.P. of Product Management & Merchandising at Saucony since October 2021, where they previously served as the Sr. Director of Product Marketing from May 2019. Prior to Saucony, Ted worked for Reebok for a significant portion of their career, starting as a Sales Representative in 1998 and progressing to roles such as Sr. Product Manager, Global Director Product Marketing, and Merchandising Manager. Ted also held positions at Xerox as a Sales Representative and at FitSense Technology as a Sales Manager.

Ted FitzPatrick holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from Dartmouth College, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Boston College Carroll School of Management, completed in 2016. Furthermore, they obtained a Master of Science in Education (M.S.Ed) degree with a specialization in Sport Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 1998. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained the certification titled "Wolverine Worldwide: Leading Forward" from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning in January 2021.
