Muhammad Ashfaq is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in inspection and corrosion engineering, currently serving as a Senior Inspection Engineer at Saudi Aramco Total Refining and Petrochemical Company (SATORP) since October 2021. Previous roles include Senior Corrosion Engineer at SNC-Lavalin and various positions at SABIC, including Inspection Engineer and RBI Engineer. Muhammad has a solid background in risk-based inspection, having contributed to major projects such as the establishment of inspection plans for Bhinson Refinery in Vietnam and development of asset integrity management systems for various international companies. Muhammad holds a degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, obtained between 2005 and 2009.
