Abrar al-Rayes

Abrar Al-Rayes is a skilled professional with a strong background in copyright examination, project specialization, and graphic design. Currently serving as a Copyright Examiner at the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property since September 2021, Abrar has previously worked as a Project Specialist with the Saudi Development and Reconstruction Program for Yemen. Additional experience includes roles as a Graphic Designer and Marketing Specialist, as well as participation in the 2020 Innovation Ecosystem Society Summer Program at the Saudi Aramco Entrepreneurship Center (Wa'ed). Abrar's freelance work as a Graphic Designer spanned three years, and an earlier position as an Administrative Assistant was held at international school VPIS. Academically, Abrar holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Dublin City University and a Bachelor’s degree from Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University.
