Essam AlShiha has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Essam began their career at SABIC Marketing in 1990 as a Software Programmer. In 1992, they joined Al-Issa-Shimaco as a Sales Manager. From 1993 to 1995, they worked as a System Engineer at ALkhaleej Co. In 1995, they joined International Systems Engineering (ISE) as a Systems Engineer, and later became a Project Manager from 1998 to 2002. In 2002, they started working at Saudi Business Machines (SBM) as an Account Manager, and later held positions as Country Client Manager, VP Sales, Chief Operating Officer, and currently serves as the CEO since July 2017.
Essam AlShiha completed the MAP degree in 2008 from INSEAD. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from King Fahad University of P & M between 1983 and 1989. Additionally, they have an additional certification from INSEAD, but the details of this certification are unknown.
